including your Cheque/Postal Order (no cash please) and Address.

When ordering from our site, your information is transmitted securely over the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form; this encryption ensures that your details cannot be accessed by any unauthorized third parties.
Order and Shipping Confirmation.
After ordering, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment from the relevant payment processor on behalf of Jewelleryfox.
Occasionally an item could be ‘temporarily out of stock’ (backordered). If this is the case, you will receive notice that your order has met with a delay due to being backordered. Such orders may take up to two weeks to ship to you. If you need to cancel a backorder, please reply to the e-mail you receive within 24 hours.

Shipping charges will automatically be calculated with the final checkout transaction.

Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours of payment (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Returns Procedure.

In the unlikely event that you need to return goods, Jewelleryfoxwill offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the item in question. This is providing the item is returned within 7 days of you having receiving it, IN ITS ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND UNUSED.
Contact sales@jewelleryfox.co.uk with details of the item and the reason for its return, INCLUDING your FULL order details. Before sending ANY item back YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST.
If Jewelleryfox is out of stock of any item returned, there may be a delay of up to 28 days in shipping a replacement, whilst Jewelleryfoxawaits new stock.
All returns MUST be sent back to Jewelleryfox. Customers must ensure they use recorded delivery for all items. If you do not return using recorded delivery, Jewelleryfox cannot accept any responsibility for any returns that are not received.
All batteries purchased are checked prior to being despatched.
Please note - we do not accept ANY returns unless contacted first.
Jewelleryfox cannot accept any returns for any body piercing jewellery, that has been worn, due to the hygiene risks associated with piercing jewellery.
